Recruitment
MOBILE COLLEGE fulfills all the conditions required by the Slovak and English legislation for this kind of business that is to say we successfully obtained a license allowing arrangement of employment abroad, both Slovak and English. We are a holder of The Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) license .

Selection process
Most of our applicants are available all year round, however, students mostly apply for the period of summer or early autumn. Our selection process follows strict criteria. All applicants must have completed high school education or its equivalent, a knowledge of foreign language, a record of good health, and a clear criminal record. Each candidate is personally interviewed and evaluated by members of our staff. We also comment on their special skills and interests. Our face to face interviews are very detailed, and our skilled Recruitment Consultant are able to follow the exact profile of desired candidate. For skilled positions there are necessary references from previous employers and candidates are informed about possibility of checking them. Our client is welcome to interview our applicant if necessary.

Working hours
9:00 am – 5:00 pm. We also provide a service outside of normal working time. We do offer 24 hour hot-line for our candidates/job applicants and for our clients as well.

Our agency is operating in own premises, which helps MOBILE COLLEGE to spend more investments to advertising costs and candidate oriented costs.
Laws and regulations
We strictly respect employment policy issued by Slovak Ministry of Labor. Law 5/2004 is valid for all agencies providing international recruitment and providing staff to foreign countries. We strictly respect Slovak Data protection law 428/2002. Our employees are regularly trained. Monthly statistics and controls from Ministry of Labor inspection make us abide this law very rigorously. We respect all GLA employment policy as well.
